Idea: This would require a ton of servers, and a ton of RAID arrays, but have a service where people could pay a monthly fee, and download a small app to their machine (preferably any type of OS). The app would run in the background and use idle time (and internet access) to fsp all of their files (or any files that have changed) to a network of servers. That way, upon some sort of catastrophic data loss, you could log in and ghost a new machine with all of your old files.
