Users would register for the site, and create a persona as if they were a real-life evil genius. The magazine part would document real lifestyle issues, gadgets, vehicles, fashion, etc. from the perspective that its readers would be using these devices/ideas/what-have-you to further their plans to conquer the world. I had this idea a few years ago (sadly, pre-2000) but never did much with it. I have a few pages of notes that I've recently gone through, and I've done some brainstorming on content (for the magazine part) with a friend...and it's gotten me so excited about the concept, that I've decided that this is a site that needs to exist. And I want to launch it this year.
